Weekly Progress Report Emails are blank, why???

My wife's Charge 2 and her Weekly Progress Report email is showing all data, but my Blaze weekly report is not, why??

That's probably a question for Support rather than the forum since it's likely to be specific to your account that they will be able to look into for you.
