Hi there @CharlieH28. Great to see you in the Fitbit Forums! 🙂
When it comes to weight goals, unfortunately, at the moment, if you had a set weight goal and change it before it ends, it will all reset and will start over so at this point, there would be no way to retreive the previous weight lost.
I'm sorry about this inconvenience but if you need anything else, let me know. I'll be happy to help!

So, is this a known issue that FitBit is trying to fix? It seems like a lot of people are upset by his, myself included. My almost 30 pound weight loss has been reduced to .03 after resetting my goal weight this morning and while I can do the math in my head, this device is supposed to "track" things for us. It's so frustrating that there's all of these "updates" and yet so many of the bugs we users find are seemingly given no attention whatsoever. I think many people recommend FitBits as relatively equivalent to the Apple Watch, but I think they will be changing their tune if the problems voiced on the message boards aren't addressed.

Hi I've cracked it, go to account, click on nutrition then weight loss and change your starting date and weight and it will start from day one
