Weird fuzziness on screen

Hi, there! My screen is being weird, and I'm not sure if it's just supposed to be like that or if there is something wrong with my Blaze. (Today is the first day I am using it). There is very bizarre pixilated fuzziness especially on the fit bit today screen. It's like half of the icon is there but then the other half is blurred lines. It's doing it with the Clock face as well. It seems to come and go, but it's really concerning me. Does anyone else have this issue?

Contact support. That shouldn't be happening.

First, before contacting support, Let's see if it is just a case of not turning on correctly.

I would try two things.

• Do a hard reset by holding the Left and Lower Right buttons simultaneously until the unit buzzes and you see the Fitbit logo.
• Swipe left on the screen to Settings, then tap, and scroll up to Shutdown. Tap again and Yes. Now press any button to turn back on.

Tried resetting it. Nope. Screen still messed up. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
