Welcome to Relax is on my tracker, but not my app

My tracker says to sync my fitbit for the exercises.  It will sync my steps, but the progress bar at the top on the app when I sync will not fully sync and complete.  It stops and won't complete. 

I have shut down/restarted my device multiple times.  I have reinstalled my app.  Something is wrong.

I'm no newbie, I've had trackers for many years.  HELP

@Tori8150 the relax exercises do not get synced to Fitbit.

when I hit relax on my blaze it tells me to sync in the app to get the relaxation exercises on my wrist.  I've sync'd it.  The welcome page wont go away.

same goes here. But mine happen on Fitstar also. Ask me to sync with Fitbit app but the synchronization process only goes 70% only

my progress bar doesn't even go 1/3 of the way across, but the steps are syncing.  It usually zips across.

I got it to work.  I unpaired the device to my Bluetooth and paired it again.  finally!

Al last in got i got it work..I paired my blaze using donggle with my Surface Pro 3
