FYI : Non-intuitive, unreadable, unreliable battery sucking piece of crap I'm going back to my ten year old Armitron chrono/alarm watch that I bought in drug store about ten years ago.

I love mine too.
suggest you contact support to get some help and guidance.
personally speaking the FitBit products, and their support are among the best around.
Good luck.

I couldn’t agree with u more! I had my blaze 1 1/2 years and it kicked the bucket. All customer says to me.... “ we can offer u 25%iff your next one if u purchase in the next 30 days” really!!! My strap didn’t even last six months I ordered more $$$ then this??? What a waste of money. I like my Normsl watches much better. At least they gave last 5-8 yrs plus and for cheaper too!!! I enjoyed my Fitbit while I used it but if you want me to buy from you again you would have to do better than 25% off. 1 1/2yrs ..... I could see if I had it for a few years maybe.... but I didn’t.... I took good care of it, never got it wet.... no reason for it to stop working unless it’s made bad!

I'm with Julie4321 my strap(s) broke after 6 months and I Krazy glued them back on, then my Charge2 just started short-circuiting and two days later my battery was toast. One-year warranty, 13 months of use, don't think I'm every going to buy a FitBit product ever again and I became a real champion too even after the straps, convinced several friends and co-workers to get them. Now I dread hearing from them how theirs are falling apart after only a year of use. I always cleaned it, took care of it, charged it according to user instructions. Super bummed.

I've has many problems syncing my fitbit. Support has never provided any info on the cause of the problem or how to fix it. Their only suggestion has been to get rid of all of my other bluetooth devices.

Sadly Steve, Fitbit have become a victim of their success. For many years I've been actively promoting Fitbit products, but recently I've noticed that they have forgotten who helped them achieve that success. Having provided feedback, and made a number of feature requests, absolutely NONE of them have been listened to. So it is NOT surprising that the support suggestion you received is so inadequate, and totally inappropriate. There is now a good choice of products available, and whereas at one time I didn't look past Fitbit, now, they have dropped off my products to research list.

I do see that no one from Fitbit even supports these forum questions. My blaze is really just a step counter. Even the watch is user unfriendly since I need to hands to make the dial appear. That's nonsense for outdoor activities like jogging or bicycling.

Exactly the same thing happened to me! Wouldn't charge and some other issues 1 1/2 yrs in!!! Offer me 25% off, then today I look and you're having a Father's Day sale....which has the SAME $$$$ you just offered me!!!! What in the world! I could see if I were hard on my Blaze, but it's been babied for 1 1/2 years and nothing this $$$ should go completely bad and bonkers in this amount of time!
