What should you get packaged with the Blaze in the UK?

I recentry upgraded from the fitbit charge HR to the Blaze and bought my one from Costco in the UK, on the retail packaging it says that what's included is the Wristband tracker, charging cable & a Wireless sync dongle. Well, what I did not get was the Wireless sync dongle, so I took it back to Costco and bought another one.
Opened it up at home & guess what? NO WIRELESS SYNC DONGLE....so went to Costco again to open another packet...same issue...what's gone wrong? The package clearly states it should be included....anyone else had this problem.

The dongle is not included.
You mention that you already have the Charge HR, this tells me your computer is already setup.
Just do an add tracker, to add or replace the Charge HR with the Blaze. Any Fitbit donglr will work, they are all tge same.
Also with Win10 the Charging cable can be used to sync through.

The Fitbit Blaze package includes the Fitbit Blaze and the charging cradle,  I reviewed the product manual and the box and I was not able to see any mention of the Dongle, can you please provide me a photo of where the package clearly states the Dongle should be included so I can further investigate. @Rich_Laue thanks for your cooperation!

hi, i am having trouble loading images from my phone, the package defintely says the dongle is included, why is it so hard to attach images, says my images are too big?

Interesting in picture one it looks like the Blaze and its UPC where added to the package, the whats inside is ahowing a picture of the flex and a flex charger.

Yep just brought mine from Costco and still advertised with a dongle but none included!
