I can receive WhatsApp pop up notifications but not the message that comes with it, know matter how small the message is. I’ve allowed all notifications on the Fitbit app and on my phone

i have a Fitbit Blaze and an

iphone 7

Hi @Kirk1, welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

 

I had this problem once and it could be the same that's happening to you.

 

On Whatsapp, go to the Settings located at the lower right corner, go to Notifications and then, scroll down to Show Preview. Make sure that this option is enabled since if it's not, you will receive the notification and the name of the contact but you'll not see the message neither on your phone or on your Blaze.
