Hi there @Vamurray925. Great to see you in the Community! 🙂
Currently as you mention, you will not be able to receive third party apps notifications on your Blaze. However, there is this feature request where you can add your vote and comments for this to be a thing. The request is quite popular so Hopefully something like this will be implemented in the near future. You may click here to see the request.
Anything else you may need, let me know and I'll be glad to help!

Hi @Stevenchua. Welcome to the Community!
Fitbit currently doesn't support some third party apps when it comes to notifications as for whatsapp FOR IOS because it does work with Android but our team is working to get this to be a thing soon as you can see on this existing feature request that has already been reviewed by a moderator and seems to be pretty popular.
When it comes to Water Resistance, Fitbit trackers are water resistant but not waterproof. This means that you can splash them, use them under the rain or sweaty conditions but you can not submerge them due to the altimeter that it has which is needed to sense the atmospheric pressure and this way give you the floor count.
