When are active minutes awarded?

Hey guys,

I’ve had my blaze for well over a year now and generally I love it. Sometimes it goes mental and it’s data is crazy but it usually sorts itself out.  My question is active minutes were only Ever awarded when you reached ten or more. I’ve just synced my blaze this morning and yesterday it says I have three active minutes and the day before 6. Now I haven’t been very active because I’m not well so I’m not disputing the amount of minutes but why are little amounts being recorded when it only ever used to be ten?? Anyone know?

Great to see you around @doctormichy! 🙂

I was taking a look and yes, according to how it should work, you should earn active minutes after at last 10 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity. I'm not really sure why it would be awarding you for less than 10 minutes on these situations but you could try to restart your tracker and see if this makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

If you don't find this to be an inconvenient for you, I'd say, just ignore it. If you feel concerned about it, let me know so that we can take a deeper look.

Let me know if you need more help! 🙂
