When do you start stop the activity tracking on the Blaze?

So if I finish a workout on the heavybag but obviously my heart rate is still elevated. Do I wait until the heartrate has dropped back to resting before I finish it or finish it immediately? Just want to make sure the extra calories burnt from the higher heart rate are being accounted for.

It's great to have you here @Gorpie! In order to get an accurate view of an activity exerted during exercise (total steps, average calorie burn, heart rate zones etc) you should stop tracking once you have completed the exercise. Your heart rate and calorie burn will still be estimated on the tracker after the exercise completed, and it is normal for your heart rate to remain elevated after an exercise is over.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
