I pre ordered a Fitbit Blaze and was charged on 12th December, yet I am still waiting to receive an email conformation and order number so I can track my order. Can anyone please help?

When Fitbit sends the order, a email is being send. Feel free to check the spam folder (sometimes legit emails can end up in the spam folder).

I would like to know if you received your confirmation email or are you still having issues with your order? Have you contacted our support team? Did they offer you a solution for this?

It was delivered eventually but i didn't receive a single email from fit bit in regards to purchase, dispatch or delivery and i have looked right through my emails.. I'm not sure whats happened there but hopefully it doesn't happen to too many people.

Thanks for the update @Jdill27. It's great to hear that you have already received your tracker. Maybe there was a typo in your email address and that's why you didn't receive any confirmation but now you can enjoy your Blaze. If you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it.
