I'd recommend that for getting the most out of your calorie counting, when it comes to the stair master, there is a short cut called "Stairclimber" which is basically the same. That will work for the stairmaster sessions and for rowing, there is no short cut but you can record the activity as just "Workout" and then whenever you've finished and synced your tracker, in the activity section, you can re categorize it as "Rowing" or "Rowing machine". I'm pretty sure that will do.
