Which exercise option should I use for bike training?

Hi!

Could somebody advice what option of the Blaze exercise menu should be selected for immovable exercise bike training?

You may want to track this activity as workout in your Blaze. This will show you duration, bpm avg, bpm max and calories burned.

HI, At Workout exercise mode for 5 km distance during 10 minutes traning on HouseFit magnetic bike Fitbit indicated 20 calories only when bike indication 116 calories. At other Fitbit exercise modes indicates similar descrepancy. Whaiting for your advice please.

Have read that spinning mode is popular for stationary bike.

Unfortunately almost the same situation at spinning exercise mode for 5 km distance during 10 minutes traning on HouseFit magnetic bike Fitbit indicated 22 calories when bike indication 116 calories. Something wrong. Is it correct that human body burn for 5 km 22 cal. only? Could you advice please?

Hi, spinning mode goes by nothing but your heart rate as detected at the wrist. Yes, 22 calories sounds low for 5 km in 10 minutes. Perhaps support can have an idea for you. Chat support is pretty instant.
