Hello,

I'm trying to target a certain heart rate while I run on a treadmill. When I finished my run today, my Fitbit said my heart was beating at 127 bpm and then I grabbed the handles on the treadmill to get its reading and it came up at 156 bpm. Which reading should I believe?

Thanks for any thoughts/ideas...RW

Don't know, I didn't do that. Assuming the Fitbit is wrong, is there a way to get its reading to be more accurate?
