Why Does my FitBit Blaze keep syncing over and over and over?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Pretty much what the topic says. My Blaze is constantly syncing to my phone. I've got Always connected and All Day Sync both turned off.

My firmware and app are up to date. And my phone is an LG G6.

Related questions.

What is "Always Connected?"

What is "All Day Sync?"

What is the difference between Bluetooh classic and not?

If I'm not using my Blaze to control my music what should my Bluetooth mode be set to?

Hello @FearlessJDK

Let's start with Bluetooth classic, which is only used for music control. If you don't want to use this feature, I would leave it off.

Bluetooth low energy, the other BT, is what all the other magic uses..

When you say it keeps syncing, your title doesn't explain enough. When is it that it keeps syncing? The app will try and sync anytime you open the app, just so that the data displayed will be updated.

Always connected is help full if the user is having sync or notification issues and might not be needed to be enabled.

All day sync simply means that every "x" minutes the app will try and sync the tracker.

Hope this helps, I'm sure you have more questions.

Have you read the user manual yet? Look below for a link called help - tap/click on your tracker model - tap/click in the manual.
