My son and I both have a Fitbit Blaze. He is receiving my notifications on his blaze along with his. How can I fix this?

It sounds like you two may have mixed up your devices at some point.
He needs to go into his blue tooth settings on his phone (not the Fitbit app). He will probably find he is bonded to both Blazes, amd he needs to delete yours. If he cann't work out which one it is, then he will need to eelete both and then when yours is out of range open his Fitbit app and re-pair his.
