Why don't my active minutes match?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just walked for about 34 minutes on the treadmill and was using the Exercise screen on the fitbit, chose treadmill, hit start, and did my work out. When I finished, I hit stop as usually and went upstairs. The active minutes on my fitbit only has 23 minutes. On Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, it matched what I walked on the treadmill, but not today or yesterday. Why did this suddenly change?

It's great to see you around @LandDsMommy.

How are you logging this activity besides selecting it directly from the tracker? At the moment of syncing, are you manually logging it too? Are you holding the bars of treadmill? Since if you do this at the second 59 this won't count as an active minute because there isn't any arm movement.

Can you also, provide me with a screenshot of your information by following the instructions provided in this post?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy
