On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to s different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again

Phone: Click on account upper top right looks like an envelope. Scroll down to advanced settings and do the same as above

A warm welcome to the Community @Guzzy21 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your timezone information? If you do, I recommend following these steps from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.).
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
  4. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your tracker.

Also, please verify that your tracker is constantly syncing to the Fitbit app.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
