Why isn't my blaze charging when it's new

Can any one help at all I'm trying to set up the blaze and it saying battery is low I have plugged it into the USB plug but no battery sign or anything is coming up is there some thing I'm doing wrong I have taken it off the watch and I have put it in the Charging case

@Elouise18  Until the Blaze is set up and added to your account, no battery indicator or charging indicator will show.  Blaze screen will only show "Fitbit.com/setup" until it has been set up. 

 

If you have tried to set up, and it states battery low, just let it charge a while longer and try again.

If you're charging it from a computer usb port, this may be very, very slow, trying using a phone charger.

Thank you! I was having the exact same problem. Switched to a phone charger and it's suddenly working! Thanks again.
