Why the galaxy Xcover3 is not compatible with my Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Yesterday I bought a Blaze of fitbit.  It turns out that he is not compatible with a galaxy Xcover 3.  I can not sync everything with the Blaze. Things like scrolling in a musiclist, recording exercises is not possible.  Text messages and calls I do receive on the blaze.  Is there a solution for this problem.

Kind regards,

How new is your phone? It takes tome to troubleshoot, test and write the code to add a new phone, and also not accidentally disable a different phone.

As for exercise tracking, im not sure what uou mean, a phone is not necessarily needed to track any exercise.

Hi Rich_Laue,

Tnx for the reply.  I have gotten the phone on march 14, 2016 ( workphone). I looked in the list "compatible mobile devices" and my phone is not in the list.

A few minutes ago I decided to restart my phone and now he found the blaze immediatly.

Tnx anyway.  Maybe I have new questions later.

Kind regards,

A warm welcome to the Community @Blaze-2-Rooi and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. Also, it's great to hear that your phone found your tracker, just keep in mind that it won't work 100% since as mentioned, your device is not compatible. You can always sync your tracker with a computer.

Catch you later. Woman Happy

Hi there,

I still have some issues with my Blaze.  When I move my arm, the stepcounter is working.

I play badminton. Yesterday I burned almost 2000 calories in less than 3 hours at least it's what the Blaze tells me.  And at this moment I burned 2000 calories. Not possible because I have no physical job.  Is there a possibility to calibrate the fitbit?

If the accuracy is not OK than it's nog OK to have a fitbit.

Kind regards,
