Will not sync!! 😡

I have done everything- restart- uninstall- shut down my phone- turned off Bluetooth- forget device- reinstall. It works one time then I have to do it all over again! Been using Fitbit for years. Please help!

Same proble here on my android phone. Driving me nuts. Been like it for a few days.
