This would be a qiestion to ask Fitbit and not the users, i think the answer will be negative to your likeing. For me i find the Charge HR the most comfortable between it, Surge, and the Blaze.

My wife is a small woman and has the charge HR (small) and it is too large for her wrist. She likes my Blaze for one main reason. The option to get a wrist band that fits well. Although the face on the Blaze is larger than she would hope for (she like you would like a smaller version of the Blaze), she is considering selling her few week old Charge HR and getting a blaze with a nice 'feminine' band.

Hi there everyone! 🙂 Good to see you around!
I don't think Fitbit trackers are designed to be more "masculine" or "femenine" but in terms of designing a more "femenine" blaze, I'm not sure something about the shape could be change for this and making it smaller, I'm not sure this could be an option. However, as others are suggesting, using a different colored band could help or making sure that using the small band in the first slots could help for people with small wrists.
