Will turning off bluetooth/sync mess up my blaze ?

I've been having problems with the battery not lasting very long, I looked into the forms for tips on making the battery life last and I was wondering do I have to keep it sync to my phone all day ??  it syncs all day long to my phone. and the Bluetooth stays on all day long also...I have a note 5 if it helps any..

Your tracker will store the data up to a week until it can sync with your phone, so you won't mess anything up by not having bluetooth/sync on all day. After a week it might only contain the most recent data.
