Windows 10..Blaze is not syncing...no Sync Now or Fitbit Connect Classic Mode

I have a FitBit Blaze that I havent used in awhile.  It is not syncing with my Windows 10 Laptop, when I go into Advanced Settings there is no Sync Now Button or Fitbit Connect Classic Mode.  How do I force a sync?
