Windows 10 Laptop and Android Phone

Hello.

I have a fitbit Blaze with the software installed on both my android phone, and on my win 10 laptop. My win 10 has bluetooth which Ive started to keep on and I can update the stats.

Today I updated 5 days worth of date, sleep mostly, and on the laptop I got all of the last 5 days worth of data. I then checked my phone and it needed updating. So I switched on bluetooth on my phone, connected the blaze and waited for it to update.

On checking the phone, I only received the last 4 days of data. So my question is: If I connect my phone to my laptop via usb cable, can I update the data on the phone with the win 10 laptop data, or vice versa ?
