After updating my Blaze firmware yesterday morning I've noticed that when the device is synced to my Windows 10 phone, the app shows double the number of floors that the Blaze is showing.
At first I thought that it might be a problem that went away after midnight, but today the app is doing the same. All other readings within the app appear to be correct.
So right now, Blaze and phone are synced; Blaze shows 12 floors, app shows 24 floors.
Blaze version: 17.8.301.7
App version: 2.13.675 (33359)
I have tried logging out from and back into the app, and also re-installing the app, but that didn't fix the problem.

App has been updated this morning to version 2.14.711 (34696) but the doubling-floors count problem persists.

It's great to see you around @mattyboy. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be adding those extra floors? If you aren't, I recommend getting in touch directly with our support team, since they have the proper tools to see the information that your tracker is registering.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi,
I wasn't doing any manual logging of information.
Sorry, but I am no longer able to provide help with this problem as I've done a firmware rebuild and the problem has now gone away.
Thanks,
Matt
