Hey, I'm new here.
Been wearing a Charge HR sice thanksgiving but just last week made the switch to the Blaze. Love it and havent had any issues until this morning. Checked my watch at just about 11am and it said ive burned 3000 calories. I checked the app and should be about 1200. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help

Restart solves many problems. Doing it several times helps as well

I did, they told me it was my BMR, because i wasnt wearing the blaze as i slept. I explanied that that number was more than three times higher than any other number i recieved as i slept. Their advice was to wait and see if my tracker resets at midnight. I can see my actual calories burned in the hourly sub menu for calories and its not even close to what is being shown. So the waiting game begins!

Sounds like your tracker's HRM went wacky last night, and you are stuck with bad data. Doing a restart will only help with calorie burn going forward, it won't fix last night.
