Hello all! I was excited to receive my new Fitbit Blaze today; however, it won't charge without setting up, and it won't set up without an update...but it can't do ANY OF THESE because the battery is now almost dead!! WTH man lol. I hope someone can please advise. Thank you!

You have had it plugged in for a whle and the app still says low battery when the setup is restarted.
Is there any way you can charge? Some computers and laptops will stop charging when they go to sleep. Maybe your phones charger. Also make sure the contacts align up.
It is possible that the charge cable is bad.

OK that is what I was figuring.
When you start up the app, I'm not sure what you see. Do you have the option to continue? If so try this, does the app still say the battery is low.
I edit post to make things simpler.
