Won't hold a charge

Over the past 2 weeks my blaze wont hold a charge. The battery barely last 1 full day. Notifications are off and I've restarted the blaze each time after charging to ensure it works properly. Is FitBit trying to phase out the Blaze or is there a way I can trade it in for 1 that will hold a charge? I'm missing out on my competitions and exercise tracking. Thanks

My Blaze also won't hold a charge.

My Blaze also won't hold a charge for more than 2 hour.  It charges very quickly and shows a full battery.  I even left it charging over night with no luck.  I've tried all the steps listed here with no change.

After struggling with this issue for almost 4 months, fitbit support has been kind enough to give me a complimentary replacement of my fit bit blaze to fitbit ionic. I tried everything to get my blaze to work but it wouldnt keep with the battery charge. Thanks for fitbit support for the complimentary replacement.Very happy to receive the fitbit ionic....

That’s good news. Were you within your warranty period?

It's not a "complimentary" or "goodwill" replacement.

its either within the warranty period or not.

Just look at all the posts in the forum where the Fitbit has failed after or just after the warranty and the company has hidden behind it.
