Won't sync texts

I have tried the various suggestions troubleshooting the fact that my Blaze won't sync my texts off my Iphone.  I get call notifications and can change my music w. the Blaze.   Any suggestions?

Hi. Yes. I have an iPhone 8 and the newest operating system. I looked at the article and have tried all. Still not working. It used to work wonderfully.

The fitbit app hasn't been syncing for a lot of people for a good while now. That's why it's barely over 3 stars. Of course the devs won't help, they'll just keep copy pasting a troubleshooting forum that has been read and repeated 10x over yet still fails to resolve issues faced by those with syncing issues. I'm trying to find an alternative for the app. I do like the watch (I have a Blaze) but the syncing issues ruined it for me.

Agreed! I've had this watch for a few years and am ready to switch out to a Garmin. I love  the style, but tracking has been way off and neither the calls or texts are syncing anymore with my Android. And yes,  I've checked the OS, reset the watch and app, tried all troubleshooting recommendations.  It just does not sync or report accurately. Blah to Fitbit! I've gotten too comfortable with you and it's time to move on!!
