Won't track my active minutes

I do a 20 min run uphill to work every couple of mornings however my Fitbit doesn't track it as active minutes? Im not sure what im doing wrong. I turn on the tracker and it will give me all my stats but it doesn't come up as active minutes. How do I fix this

Let me help you with your active minutes. Active minutes are granted based on the intensity of the movement your device detects so not all activities will grant activity minutes. You can read more on how this is calculated here.
