Brought my husband a blaze for his birthday its been on charge for 5 hours as soon as you take it off the power it goes black! Can't get it to turn on, tried to do a reset nothing?
also the screen looks pixelated when it is on. Only when plugged into power

For what you mention, it sounds like you guys have not set up the tracker yet but it's only charging. If you take it out of the charger, it should display somethig saying "fitbit.com/setup" which means you need to set it up. If that is the case, go ahead and set up the tracker. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
