Hi! So my blaze works perfectly fine when on the dock charging but when i take it off the screen goes dark and does not turn on. When it is on the dock it says it is fully charged. I attempted pressing the two bottom buttons but it does not seem to restart. Please help

I also have this problem. This has been reported quite often.  Has there been a resolution?  How to fix?
