My wife just got me a Blaze for Christmas.  I have had it charging for approx 4 hours.  When in charger it syncs to my phone/app, will display messages for calls/texts, and shows that the battery is full.  As soon as I take it out of the charger it shuts off, won't connect to my phone, and I can't get it to do anything.  Am I missing something simple or is it a more complex problem?  Appreciate any help
