Hello all,
I'm new to the fitbit community as I've had my Blaze for only two weeks. I've checked the software number and I believe it is the current one (17.8.4013)
I think the sleep stages stuff is neat when I get it. My problem is that I have only seen it twice in those two weeks. Once, some error message popped up and said that there was an error logging sleep (I manually started and stopped my sleep). When I looked at my log afterwards, I saw all the sleep stages data. It was a cool accident. That day I assumed the it would start tracking my sleep this way from then on. It did not. Back to the unexciting sleep stats.
The second time was when I forgot to start my sleep time manually. When I woke up the next day, I had the cool stats again. The next night I purposefully neglected to start the manual sleep schedule. The next day, back to the regular stats.
I keep the band secured to my wrist. Anyone have some tricks for me to try in order for it to work consistently?

I just got my new FitBit Blaze a couple days ago, and this has not worked at all for me so far. On the first night, I had the tracking mode set to sensitive, and I manually started and stopped my sleep times. Then, after I also wrote a post about the problem, I changed the setting to normal, and let my tracker automatically track my sleep, and it still did not work for me. Some are saying that this feature is being rolled out gradually, but I'm also getting the same, "No Stages," as part of my sleep data, and I thought that all Blaze customers should be having it by now. I'm getting frustrated with this myself, and I have just emailed customer service.

I noticed that the day when my sleeping stages is not working, when I reach 10,000 steps it's the old animation. But the days that sleeping stages is working, it's the new animation (firework one).

Mine worked for the second night in a row last night. I again wore my tracker like they suggest for exercise (up a little higher, and a little tighter). I went back to syncing to my iPad, and yet it still worked last night, so chances are that's not the issue either. I'm hoping it will work at least some of the time, but I know that this feature can be buggy at times, and so it's definitely not a guarantee.
