Hello, I have the Fitbit Blaze. Heart rate data always shows on my watch face after finishing a workout, i.e. average heart rate, max heart rate. For the past 2-3 weeks, the heart rate number, tables, graphs, have not been recorded in the phone app or the web dashboard, and it tells me no data was recorded. The heart rate zones are so important to workouts, and I'd like to be able to show my clients this super important feature so I can recommend the blaze to them.
Can you please tell me how I can fix this issue?

You might try restarting the tracker. To do this press the left button and the lower right button at the same time and hold until the Fitbit logo appears (about ten seconds). Uninstalling and reinstalling the Dashboard app may be necessary in case there was something amiss in the original installation.
