My Fitbit has synced to my app after my workout today but has the wrong information. After my workout, my blaze said I burned 350kcals but when it synced with my phone, the app said 28kcals. Is there anyway I can fix this? Thanks

Hi there @EllieGriff. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the calories burned not showing the same on your tracker as in your app 😕

I would like to know if  by any chance you're logging your activities manually or if you're using your tracker to record your workout. If so, are you using the exercise shortcuts on your Blaze?

I can recommend giving your  tracker a restartYou can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Also, to ensure that the info on your tracker and your app match, you could set up your tracker as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps and if you need more help, let me know!
