Workouts aren't appearing on my app correctly...

I have a Fitbit Blaze.  The last two workouts I have done haven't synced correctly, the workouts before yesterday were correct.  Yesterday I ran 2 miles for 22:33 mins and burned 389 cals.  And this shows up on my dashboard online.  However, when I check the app or even my activities list it says I was on the Treadmill for :02 mins and burned 0 cals.  Well today it did it again I ran for 3.19 miles, 32 mins, and burned 569 cals. The app says 32:01 mins, 1.24 miles, and burned 210 calories.  Im not sure if this is affecting my step and miles total for the day. Wondering if anyone else is having this problem??

Mine has done the same thing today, the online info is correct but the app is showing incorrect data.

I'm hoping this is just a bug, that an update will fix.  The only thing I did between mondays workout, and tuesdays(when it started doing this) is I adjusted my stride length to make the totals on my blaze match the treadmill.

YES!!! Ran 3 plus miles yesterday and it showed I only went 2.7, today did 4.14 and showed I went 1.28 WTH!! But on the dashboard online under recent exercises it shows up correctly, but then I go to log tab and activities (online) it shows the incorrect onfo that matches the app on my phone. As well as yesterdays run wrong.

Mine has been doing the same thing since yesterday. I finally got it to keep my treadmill exercise under exercise but its not showing it correctly when it logs, but my computer is. My app tells me I ran .1 miles in 30 mintues.. but I jogged over 2 miles??  I hope this gets fixed soon because I only use the app to track everything.

Click on the settings icon on the top right, then click settings and go down to where it has your height and stride length and running stride length.

I just posted this too in order to get some answers. It just started happening this week to me too! Wondering the same as you if it effects my daily step count or not but also bothersome as this is why I got the watch in the first place, to track my mileage! Hopefully we get an answer to this soon & the problem is fixed!

This happened to me for the first time yesterday. It was correct on the Blaze and the Dashboard online but incorrect on the App and also the Activities List online.

Yep same problem for me.  Ran 4 miles yesterday, 3 today on the treadmill.  Online it has the correct distance.  In the app it says I ran 0.5 mi and 1 mi for the two workouts.  All the other data is the same.  Has to be a problem with the app.

Yeah it has to be some kinda software problem.  But its more than just the app.  Because if I click on the track my activities on the dashboard, it has the same data as the app, but when I click on view details, it then has the correct info.  I'm not sure if they updated their site, or what the deal is, but it seems to have started messing up on tuesday.  Because my run is correct for monday.  Hope this gets fixed soon, because I really dont think its counting the steps correctly.  Mine seem low for today, and yesterday.

See I'm also having the problem where my treadmill says I ran further than my blaze said I did. By alot. I did 6.87 miles on the treadmill and the blaze has me at 4.40. That is a huge discrepancy. I then did the run feature for GPS just testing things out, @ 6mph on treadmill did 1 mile in 10 min and my blaze said I did .92 so I'm so confused. I have tried the home treadmill as well as the ones at the gym and my blaze isn't counting it accurately.

Did you adjust your stride lenght?? By making your stride longer will make the distance go up. Walk at a normal walking pace and check it againist the treadmill.  Then run at your normal running pace and check it again. I had to keep making my running stride greater.  Finally got it to match up with tthe TM and now this junk happens where its not logging it correctly..

I'm having the same issue. Happened yesterday with a connected GPS workout, and also today with a treadmill run. My Blaze records the full data, and it shows up on the web, but on the phone app the data is incorrect.

Interestingly, I ran 10 miles with connected GPS yesterday and the app shows my full map and mile splits, but displays only 1.02 miles with the calorie count and pace just for that 1.02.

Since many people seem to be having the same problem, hopefully we can get a response from a moderator.

Same problem here! I took a picture of the results on my Blaze and a screenshot of what the Fitbit app is showing for the same exercise. This proves that the Blaze is tracking the exercise correctly and it's not a stride length issue or anything like that- it's got to be the app/website. The Blaze and the tredmill that I was on matched distance almost to the tenth of a mile so I know I have my stride pretty correct. This exercise that I did was tracked as Exercise Mode - Tredmill on the Blaze.

The App is messed up on distance (and therefore pace), and the Impact on Day section (steps, calories, and active minutes). That being said, on the MAIN summary page for the day, it's all tracked. The 3.2 miles are there, added to the rest of my day. I just don't like that my tracked exercises are incorrect since i'd like to know the impact on my day and pace, etc and look back on these later.

No the issue most of us are having isnt a stride length issue.  However, someone asked how to adjust it earlier, and I dont think their fitbit was tracking accurately.  Like consistantly lower than the treadmill.  Mine did the same as yours, treadmill said 3.18 mi, my fitbit said 3.19, but the app said 1.24.
