I searched the community for a solution to this problem and found a response from Dec 2015. It said if the date and time are wrong, to force a sync from the app dashboard. I have done that several times, but it doesn't seem to finish syncing. It keeps restarting. I've even tried installing an update. I'm really frustrated and seriously considering returning my Fitbit blaze. I am using it with iOS.
