My fit bit blaze is showing the wrong time. I have already tried restarting it and synching it to my phone. It wouldn't synch to my phone and I tried turning on and off Bluetooth. I then removed the fitbit from the app to try to reset it as I had seen in previous cases. It does not show up when I try to reconnect it in the app and is still showing the wrong time. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you

log in to a pc with your fitbit account. Click the gray'd gear to the right of your avatar in the upper right of the dashboard, click on the pic of your blaze - scroll down to "clock display" and choose one different than you are currently using from the drop down on the right. Click the word "dashboard" in the upper left and sync your blaze, the display style and time should change. Now you can repeat the above procedure to go back to your preferred display style.
Sorry for the inconvenience @EmilyMT, your handshake should be solid again, my guess is power was low, or you were leaving blue tooth range and had a rare uncompleted communication.
Keep moving, you are doing great!

Best Answer@EmilyMT, did you get the tracker connected back to your account?
Removing a fitbit from the app is simply telling Fitbit, "I'm not using this any more". The correct way is to add the tracker as a replacement to itself.
