battery not lasting from charge

I have not used my blaze in a couple of months. I charged it up last night however as soon as I take it off charge it dies. I have kept it on charge all day and still no change.

Sadly when not charging these devices for a while it ruins the battery.

 

You can try these steps an see if it helps

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart
