Hi,
The issue i'm having is this, sometimes it connects with no problems when i press the exercise button and go onto "run" but most of the time it will either give me the "cant find phone" or "check fitbit app"... but my phone is connected as i would have synced an uploaded the info 30 sec's beforehand?? I never had this issue I don't think before they upgraded that sleep features etc? my bluetooth definitely works on my phone as I can connect it to the care speakers etc with no problem. is anyone else having the problem?

Welcome to the Community @Pinnerz! Thanks for the details that you mentioned. I would like you to try the procedure posted here Connected GPS Information Post Options, there you can find steps to follow for each error message you're getting.
Hope this helps. Let me know the results.

hmmmm not really? I could even put my watch on top of my phone and it would struggle to get bluetooth signal?? yet it will sync and update from a distance away. But If it does connect to the running feature, if i move it more than a foot away it seems to struggle to get signal strength? it constantly disconnects from my phone when i go running?? is it a watch fault as I don't seem to have this issue with any other bluetooth devices that i have.
