blaze hasn't logged sleep since 9/24

Hi - my sleep logs haven't been recorded since 9/24.  I'm wearing the fitbit the same way i did prior and the battery is charged.  Any clue why it would stop working all of a sudden?

@mellochick There’s a glitchbwhich means it doesn’t pick up the sleep stages.

Mine has stopped syncing completely. Ugh.

Yep - I read about it not picking up sleep stages.  I'm not getting ANYTHING - not even the old sleep/restless/awake.

I contacted Fitbit support through email and they are sending me a new one.

Mine hasn't since sept 9th! And won't track my 250 steps an hour. I switched from Garman to Fitbit and now I'm thinking it was a mistake. I never had a problem with my Garman

If you are having issues syncing your information, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. You can also log out and log back in to your account to see if your information appears.
