blaze not recording hike track

anyone else have this? 

my blaze correctly logs the total distance hiked but the gps track

is incomplete.  one instance has a plotted 5 miles missing but shows

consecutive mile makers either side of the gap. it's almost as if i had

stopped the recording then restated (which i hadn't). it's paired to an

iphone se and regularly syncs without issue. it also records shorter

trips without any problems.

It's great to welcome you @SunsetRunner. If you are experiencing some inconveniences with the GPS connected feature, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Blaze GPS is not working post. After these steps, please test your tracker.

thanks for the tip,  but that's not the problem mine has. 

it does record "most" of the gps track,  just lost a section

in the middle of the bike.  i think it may have dropped the

connection to the phone.  i shall be testing this weekend.
