blaze not showing heart rate

8 mins into my workout today, my blaze stopped tracking my heart rate. I wiped the sweat off my wrist and the device, switched arms and still nothing.  This happen to anyone else? suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @jam864 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Have you restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze and also check if the heart rate option is on directly from it by swiping to settings and set the heart rate option in "Auto" or "On".
