blaze only works when plugged into charger

blaze will only work when on charger. i was only able to setup my fitbit blaze when it was plugged into the craddle i held it onto the charger pins and set it up . but once i remove it from the charge cradle it doesnt work at all. when it is plugged in batter symbol says it is full.

I will never buy another fitbit product. I have called emailed etc. They do
not stand behind the product.

mine does same thing,  it died in dec completely i put in on charger, says it’s fully charged  black screen when i remove it,  it’s 10 months old,  no warrenty  and i have followed all advice   any other options?

My  Blaze stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I’ve had it since 2016. It would only come on while in charger and showing as fully charged.

I purchased a new Blaze today since mine was out of warranty. Another dud.  I could only set it up while it was in the charger. Once it was set up and removed from charger it went dead. Such a faulty product to be so expensive. I will never purchase another Fitbit product if they cannot make this right.

well mine is doing same thing. i had taken it off for surgery in dec 19 and in jan put it on charger it charged put it on wrist, it died either 40 mins it’s only 9 months old. fitbit was 14 emails back and forth i am buying a garmin watch done with fitbit
