I Bought my blaze about 13 month ago. My battery is not holding charge, I contacted the company they offered me a 25% discount on a new one. Really I paid over 150$ for this Blaze that did not last a year. This company not worth the money. The reason I purchased fitbit because my company makes us track for health insurance, This is horrible, Thank you

While I understand what your saying your warranty has expired. I do understand that unlike some companies Fitbit does not offer a repair service.

While other companies do offer a repair service, many find that out of warranty work is only slightly less than a new unit.

As for lithium battery life, in general they do not like to be over heated, or left dead for periods of time. They also last longer if the percentage is not let to go much below 30% or much above 80% charge.

It is amazing how in a bit over a year the battery does not maintain
charge, Unfortunately for me I am not able to replace it. I think it is a
scam of some kind, I got my Blaze at the end of June and by September it
stops working and all I get out of it here is a 25% discount. I think that
is offensive. Nelly
