brand new blaze not charging

hi iv just bought the blaze today. i cant get it to charge at all for the first time. it doesnt even have the battery icon on the screen, it just says fitbit/setup. im using my samsung usb charger and iv tried a different usb wall charger as i dont have a computer. can anyone help please?

Are you sure it's not charging? That setup message is the only thing it will show until the setup is complete. It won't show any charging indicator.

 

Give it an hour or so on charge and then go through the setup. When it's complete you can finish the charge and this time you'll see the charging indicator.
