Hi
I am using fitbit blaze and it does not calculate distance accurately. e.g. today i walked 4.58 Kms and the distance is measured by the number of laps (lap distance is known and tested). Further, it was also confirmed through the Sports Tracker app. However, the distance covered as per blaze was 2.51 Km. This is a huge variance. Further, my blaze is unable to connect with my phone for GPS purpose. I am using Huawei Mate 7 (gold version).
Thanks
Saad

Hey @Saad, it's nice to see you in the Community!
Thanks for all the information you provided about this issue. My recommendation is to change the stride length in your Fitbit account. You can do it using your Fitbit.com Dashboard by clicking in the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on Settings, in your personal information you can modify this, here are some pictures for a better understanding:
If this does not fix the issue I suggest to restart the tracker following the instructions provided by @AlejandraFitbit.
Give it a shot and let me know if that works!
