It will ask if you want to replace the existing Blaze. Just say yes and follow the prompts

I put 4 digit number it went to pairing your tracker but I have a Blaze and it's been pairing for 5 min.

Have you changed your phone? I've seen this problem when the phone wasn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
If the phone is supported then I would try restarting it and then restarting the fitbit using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Then try adding it again.
